We are starting to plan and we look forward to you sharing any and all ideas you have to make our 50th reunion special.

I think we would like to play again if Raymond's hearing comes back good enough.   And, this time, we'd play as much as people want us to.    We have a list of 30-40 songs that we play.

Carol,

May I suggest that you let my sister, Bonnie (PHS '66) set it up at Heartland Crossing Golf Course.   She's the Events Coordinator and hosted the 1966 and upcoming 1967 PHS reunions there.    She can be reached at 317-440-3149.    She would be happy to assist you and your reunion team.    It's a great place for the reunion and she could set up a golf outing too (depending on time of year).    You can visit the website at http://www.heartlandcrossinggolf.com/weddings-banquets/.

Thanks for your suggestion.  Having been at Heartland, I could see how it or John Hall's might be a great place for all the golfers to gather.  We are hoping to have multiple opportunities for the class to gather and this is a great suggestion.

We absolutely are counting on your band to play at the reunion.  Prayers continue for Raymond's hearing.  We can't wait to have you on stage for the 50th.

Hi Carol,

I am just seeing this post to send ideas about reunion.   I don't know the layout of John's barn but I have been to enough weddings/receptions to know that it is nice to have an area for people who want to visit away from the music.  Sometimes it is difficult to have conversations in the same room where the band plays.   Just an idea....to help everyone have a good time.    Linda

Your suggestion is perfect.  I know the Anderson's facility will serve everyone's needs and provide different rooms for conversations with games (hula hoop, corn hole, etc.,) in the arena, music in the barn and a separate room to view a video loop of old photos, memories and memorials.  They have generously given us the run of the whole facility.  I know you'll love it.  Something for everyone is our goal.
